研究了连续退火温度对550 MPa级热镀锌低合金钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,550 MPa级热镀锌低合金钢经连续退火后基体为铁素体加少量渗碳体,同时在铁素体中含有大量Nb、Ti碳氮化物析出相。在不同退火温度下,铁素体晶粒尺寸相差不大,但Nb、Ti碳氮化物析出相数量随退火温度升高而降低;同时随着退火温度的升高,屈服强度和抗拉强度降低,伸长率增大。
The effect of continuous annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of 550 MPa hot dip galvanized low alloy steel was studied. The results show that the matrix of 550 MPa hot-dip galvanized low alloy steel is composed of ferrite and a small amount of cementite after continuous annealing, and contains a large amount of Nb and Ti carbonitride precipitates in the ferrite. At different annealing temperatures, the grain size of ferrite is similar, but the amount of precipitated phases of Nb and Ti carbonitride decreases with the increase of annealing temperature. At the same time, as the annealing temperature increases, the yield strength and tensile strength decrease , Elongation increased.
