目前认为注意缺陷障碍（ＡＤＨＤ）患儿存在着强化机制的异常。通过对ＡＤＨＤ患儿及动物模型的不同强化实验研究，也证实了ＡＤＨＤ的强化过程异常，并提示强化机制的异常是与临床表现密切相关的，ＡＤＨＤ临床表现都可以用强化机制的异常来解释。此理论为ＡＤＨＤ发病机制的研究及治疗提供了一条新的思路。
At present, there is an abnormality of enhancement mechanism in children with attention deficit disorder (ADHD). The different intensified experimental studies in children and animal models of ADHD also confirm the abnormality of the enhancement process of ADHD and suggest that the abnormality of the enhancement mechanism is closely related to the clinical manifestations. The clinical manifestations of ADHD can be explained by the abnormalities of the enhancement mechanism. This theory provides a new idea for the study and treatment of the pathogenesis of ADHD.
