目的利用计算机辅助设计与快速成形技术为儿童腰椎椎弓根螺钉置入提供一种个性化、精确定位的方法。方法对4具儿童尸体标本行CT扫描,将原始数据利用软件行三维重建,利用逆向工程原理及快速成型技术设计制造出个体化导航模板,利用个体化导航模板在标本上辅助置入腰椎椎弓根螺钉,之后根据CT扫描评价椎弓根螺钉置钉位置。结果共设计制作10个导航模板,辅助置入20枚腰椎椎弓根螺钉,CT扫描发现所有螺钉均准确置入相应椎弓根内。结论个体化导航模板辅助儿童腰椎椎弓根螺钉置入术具有良好的成功率,该方法操作简单、易于掌握,充分体现了置钉个体化原则,为儿童腰椎椎弓根螺钉的准确置入提供了一种新的可行方法。
Objective To use computer-aided design and rapid prototyping techniques to provide a personalized and accurate method for pediatric lumbar pedicle screw placement. Methods Four cadavers were examined by CT scan. The original data were reconstructed by software. The individualized navigation templates were designed and manufactured by using reverse engineering principle and rapid prototyping technology. The personalized navigation template was used to assist the insertion of the lumbar vertebra Root screws were then evaluated for pedicle screw placement based on CT scan. Results A total of 10 navigation templates were designed and produced, and 20 lumbar pedicle screws were inserted. All the screws were accurately placed into the corresponding pedicles by CT scan. Conclusion The personalized navigation template has a good success rate in pediatric lumbar pedicle screw placement. The method is simple and easy to master, which fully reflects the individualized principle of pedicle screw placement and provides the accurate placement of lumbar pedicle screw A new and feasible method.
