目的:应用宏观及微观指标确定制作西北燥证主证动物模型所需的时间。方法:选择造模后6、12、24、48d共4个时间点对实验动物进行观察,以宏观辨证体系进行评价,结合造模因素主要侵袭器官的微观病理改变,进行实验动物的辨证。结果:6、12d症状不明显,24d的变化经宏观辨证体系辨证可确定为西北燥证主证,且未出现明显的微观病理改变,48d已出现病理改变。结论:24d可作为西北燥证主证动物模型的造模时间。
Objective: To determine macroscopic and microscopic indicators to determine the time required to produce animal models of cardinal syndromes in the Northwest. Methods: Experimental animals were observed at 6, 12, 24 and 48 days after modeling, and evaluated by macroscopic syndrome differentiation system. Combined with the microscopic pathological changes of the main invasive organs of the modeling factors, the syndrome differentiation of experimental animals was performed. Results: The symptoms were not obvious at 6 and 12 days. The changes of 24 days were identified as the main syndrome of the Northwest Dryness Syndrome by the syndrome differentiation of the macro-syndrome differentiation system. No obvious microscopic pathological changes were observed. Pathological changes appeared on the 48th day. Conclusion: 24 days can be used as the main animal model of Northwest dryness syndrome modeling time.
