《名作欣赏》约我写作家访谈时,我最想写的是20世纪50年代出生的作家。很大原因是我2012年写过一篇《向50年代致敬》的文章,对当代中国文坛50年代作家群落既比较熟悉,也充满敬意。这些作家中又首推张炜老师。作为一个初涉文坛的习作者,当时觉得访谈实现起来多少有些遥不可及,所以一直没进行准备。当有一天杂志社把张炜老师的音讯转达过来时,我充满了意料之外的惊喜。访谈所提问题建立的阅读基础是《你在高原》《九月寓言》《古船》,以及
“Masterpieces Appreciation” When I interviewed a writer, I most wanted to write a writer born in the 1950s.
