目的 :探讨颅内浆细胞肉芽肿的CT、MRI特征。方法 :对经手术、病理证实的 3例颅内浆细胞肉芽肿的临床资料进行了回顾性分析 ,并复习了近几年国外文献。结果 :2例CT显示单发圆形或类圆形分叶状低、等密度肿块 ,伴有灶周水肿、占位效应和硬膜尾征 ,呈均一强化。MRI显示T1WI为低、等信号 ,T2 WI为高信号 ,增强后信号均匀。 1例密度不均 ,肿块内可见低密度灶。MRI示T1WI呈低信号 ,T2 WI不均匀信号。结论 :颅内浆细胞肉芽肿缺少特征性CT、MRI表现 ,须依靠病理和免疫组化染色确诊。MRA和DSA有助于与脑膜瘤和浆细胞瘤鉴别。
Objective: To investigate the CT and MRI features of intracranial plasma cell granuloma. Methods: The clinical data of 3 cases of intracranial plasma cell granuloma confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed and reviewed in recent years. Results: Two cases of CT showed a single round or round lobular low, isodense mass with peritumoral edema, mass effect and epidural sign, showed a uniform enhancement. MRI showed that T1WI is low, equal signal, T2WI is high signal, enhanced signal is uniform. 1 case of uneven density, visible lumps within the low-density lesions. MRI showed low signal T1WI, T2 WI uneven signal. Conclusion: The intracranial plasmacytoma granuloma lacks characteristic CT and MRI manifestations and must be confirmed by pathology and immunohistochemistry. MRA and DSA contribute to the identification of meningioma and plasmacytoma.
