盐酸雷尼替丁(ranitidini hydrochlor-idum,下称R)极易潮解,其制剂必须防潮。如以PVP制粒,可获得非常理想的防潮效果。PVP可与R分子中的甲氨基等水溶性基团形成氢键,从而大大减弱其引湿作用。经试验发现,使PVP溶于乙醇成粘合剂,不仅可使其与R充分混匀而发挥赋形与抗吸湿作用,而且还可明显改善半成品的流散性。
