1 临床资料 80例患者均为1992年1月至1995年3月我院皮肤科门诊病例,男60例,女20例,年龄最小8岁,最大76岁;病程最短4天,最长12天,分布区域:头面部皮损24例,胸、背、腰发病36例,上肢7例,下肢13例。其中严重型10例。对照组40例,男32例、女8例;年龄最大74岁,最小12岁。分布区域与治疗组相似。 治疗方法:激光综合治疗机,利用其氦氖激光,波长632.8nm,调节功率20mw,功率密度10～20mw/cm_2,光距70～80cm。照射部位:三叉神经带状疱疹,如头顶、额部及眼周的皮损除扩束照射局部病灶外,又加用光针照射三叉半月神经节和眶上孔,上颌部皮损加照眶下孔。躯干四肢皮损同样扩束照射病区外,还可用光针照射其病变区域相应的神经根部。扩束照射时间:病灶区10min,依次光斑覆盖全部病区,每日照射一次。光针照射一般5min,最好每日总照射时间不超过40min,7～10次为1疗程。重症患者同时肌注聚肌胞2mg,维生素B_1100mg,维生素B_(12)500μg,每日一次,或口服板蓝根冲剂,病毒灵0.1g,每日3次。对照组一般药物同治疗组,另外疼剧者加用止痛镇静药消炎痛25mg,
