本篇通过符望阁维修施工中对椽望状况进行的渐进式深入勘察与维修方案的补充,结合随维修施工进行的防雷保护装置设计及安装。一方面表述符望阁维修所采取的勘察方法,根据实际病害所采取的维修方案、技术措施,对隐蔽部位需要进行深入、彻底勘察的重要性。遵循“最小干预”原则与实事求是、科学合理地确定维修方案的重要性。一方面表达防雷工程对文物建筑的重要性,以及防雷装置不同部位安装的探讨。在确保“安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理”的基础上坚持防雷装置与建筑环境保持一致,与建筑的风格协调,建筑保护与人身安全保护并重。从结构安全上祛病延年,保证文物建筑维修质量的重要意义。
This article supplements the progressive in-depth investigation and maintenance plan for the observation situation during the maintenance and construction of Fuwang Pavilion, and combines the design and installation of the lightning protection device with the maintenance work. On the one hand, it expresses the importance of the in-depth and thorough investigation of concealed parts based on the survey methods adopted by Fuwange maintenance and the maintenance plans and technical measures taken according to the actual diseases. Follow the principle of “minimum intervention” and the importance of seeking truth from facts and determining the maintenance plan scientifically and rationally. On the one hand, it expresses the importance of lightning protection to cultural relics and the installation of different parts of lightning protection devices. On the basis of ensuring “safe, reliable, technologically advanced, and economically reasonable,” we must maintain the consistency of lightning protection devices with the built environment, coordinate with architectural styles, and pay equal attention to building protection and personal safety protection. From the point of view of structural safety, it is necessary to delay illnesses and ensure the quality of the maintenance of cultural relics.
