含有1.9-2.5%Re,0.4-0.6%Ti的键镍钛合金是一种具有很好综合性能的高弹性材料,属于时效硬化型合金,用于航空仪表中制造动压膜盒时,对材料的成型性能,机械、弹性性能,以及尺寸精度、表面质量等,都有较严格的要求。文中对本厂生产的铍镍钛合金带材试制工作加以总结,并探讨合理的生产工艺,其生产工艺特点如下:1.铸锭在1000-1050℃、温度下以每道次5%左右的加工率直接进行热轧开坯;2.中间热处理采取在800-900℃温度下真空退火;3.最终热处理在有效加热区长度不短于3 m的连续淬火炉中进行,其工艺参数为:温度1050℃,带材通过速度:2 m/min。带材在淬火状态下杯突值不小于7mm (冲头半径10mm),具有良好的成型性能;时效处理后具有很好的件能:抗拉强度σb为160-180kgf/mm2,硬度Hv为550kgf/mm2左右,弹性模量E为18000-20000kgf/mm2,弹性后值不大于0.3%。
