超高速磨削可大幅度提高磨削效率,减少砂轮磨损,提高零件加工质量,是一项具有强大生命力和广阔前景的技术。轴承技术是超高速大功率磨削主轴系统的关键技术。本文介绍了一种适于超高速大功率工况的新型液体动静压混合轴承 (简称 SS- HP HJB),详细介绍了 SS- HP HJB的结构形式、理论分析及数值计算。实验结果与理论分析结果很好地吻合,二者共同表明, SS- HP HJB具有良好的稳态性能。
Ultra-high-speed grinding can greatly improve the grinding efficiency, reduce wheel wear, improve the quality of parts processing, is a technology with strong vitality and broad prospects. Bearing technology is the key technology of high speed and high power grinding spindle system. In this paper, a new type of hydrostatic hybrid bearing (SS-HP HJB) suitable for very high speed and high power operating conditions is introduced. The structure, theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of SS-HP HJB are introduced in detail. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. Both of them show that SS-HP HJB has good steady-state performance.
