渭北高原是个半干旱地区,又是陕西省的一个主要产粮区。但由于连年干旱,地表水流量很小,水源颇感不足,因此争取该区农业丰收,水有着重要的意义。在该地区普查勘探地下水,为农田灌溉寻找更多、更丰富的水源,是地质工作支援农业、直接为农业生产服务的一个重要方面。1961年,陕西省地质局水文地质大队,陕西省地质研究所和西北大学地质系联合组成渭北高原地下水工作队,进行了实地工作,已取得初步成果。现仅在此基础上,提出一些初步看法。 The Weibei Plateau is a semi-arid area and a major grain-producing area in Shaanxi Province. However, due to successive years of drought, the surface water flow is very small and the water source is quite inadequate. Therefore, it is of great significance to win the agricultural harvest and water in this area. The census of groundwater exploration in the area to find more and more abundant water sources for farmland irrigation is an important aspect of geological work to support agriculture and directly serve agricultural production. In 1961, the Geological Brigade of Shaanxi Province Bureau of Geology, Shaanxi Institute of Geology and Northwest University Department of Geology jointly formed the Weibei Plateau groundwater task force, conducted field work and achieved initial results. Only on this basis, put forward some preliminary views.
