分析了行星齿轮差速器的机构运动特性,设计了一种适用于小型农机的新型差速器,改进了机构运动方式,提高了传动效率;取消了差速器壳体,使用从动齿轮的幅板代替了桥架,简化了结构。试制试验表明,新型差速器体积小、质量小,传动效率高,加工难度、成本和安装难度降低。
The mechanism movement of the planetary gear differential is analyzed.
