研究了打顶时间与外源生长素涂抹对烟叶碳氮代谢和产、质量的影响。在各处理中,总碳、总氮和主要含氮化合物的代谢变化不显著,而早打顶有利于IAA与GA含量的增加,也有利于可溶性糖的积累。外源生长素涂抹对ABA有抑制作用,延长了淀粉的合成时间。不同处理对烟叶成熟衰老与品质形成的影响主要是通过调节烟叶成熟期间碳水化合物的代谢平衡来实现的。早打顶结合涂抹生长素,能增加上中等烟比例,提高烟叶产、质量。
The effects of topping time and application of auxin on carbon and nitrogen metabolism, yield and quality of tobacco leaves were studied. In each treatment, the changes of total carbon, total nitrogen and main nitrogenous compounds did not change significantly, while the early ascending was beneficial to the increase of IAA and GA, and also to the accumulation of soluble sugar. Exogenous auxin smear inhibition of ABA, extending the synthesis time of starch. The effects of different treatments on the maturation and quality of tobacco were mainly achieved by adjusting the metabolic balance of carbohydrates during maturation of tobacco leaves. Early combination of top dressing with aprotinin, can increase the proportion of medium-sized tobacco, tobacco production and improve quality.
