急性乙醇中毒可直接或间接地影响全身的各个器官功能。C反应蛋白是肝脏合成的一种急性期反应蛋白,普遍视为急性炎症、感染以及组织损伤反应的非特异性产物。急性乙醇中毒与C反应蛋白的关系如何,是否可以通过监测血清C反应蛋白水平来了解患者急性乙醇中毒的严重程度以及急性乙醇中毒对机体的损害程度。本文将对急性乙醇中毒与血清超敏C反应蛋白水平关系予以综述。
Acute alcoholism can affect, directly or indirectly, the various organ functions of the body. C-reactive protein is an acute phase reaction protein synthesized by the liver and is commonly considered as a nonspecific product of acute inflammation, infection, and tissue damage response. Acute alcoholism and C-reactive protein how the relationship, whether by monitoring serum C-reactive protein levels to understand the severity of acute alcohol poisoning and the extent of acute alcohol poisoning on the body. This article reviews the relationship between acute alcoholism and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels.
