在恒温7℃,10℃,14℃,18℃,22℃,26℃,29℃,32℃和35℃,对桔小实蝇在人工饲料上的发育和繁殖做了研究。结果表明,在7~32℃范围内桔小实蝇未成熟期各虫态的发育历期随温度的升高而缩短,卵的孵化率在26℃下最高;26℃下幼虫存活率最高,低温7℃、10℃以及14℃和高温35℃对卵、蛹的存活有明显的抑制作用,14℃蛹的死亡率达,与温度呈直线负相关;26℃繁殖率最高单雌产卵达682.2±23.62粒。
The development and propagation of Trichosanthes flies on artificial diet were studied at constant temperature of 7 ℃, 10 ℃, 14 ℃, 18 ℃, 22 ℃, 26 ℃, 29 ℃, 32 ℃ and 35 ℃. The results showed that in the 7 ~ 32 ℃ range, the developmental stages of each insect state were shortened with the increase of temperature, and the hatching rate of eggs was the highest at 26 ℃. The survival rate of the larvae was the highest at 26 ℃, Low temperature 7 ℃, 10 ℃ and 14 ℃ and high temperature 35 ℃ significantly inhibited the survival of eggs and pupae. The mortality of pupa at 14 ℃ reached a negative linear correlation with temperature. 682.2 ± 23.62 grains.
