五峰选出的107、108、210、211、212、310等6个茶树品种,于2001—2006年在湖北省果茶研究所、咸宁市农科所进行了区域试验。对各品种的移栽成活率、生育期、产量、品质和抗逆性等主要性状进行全面鉴定。经6年的品种区域试验结果表明:五峰212品种与福鼎大白茶品种(CK)相比物候期稍早2天,制绿茶栗香持久,比CK增产27.83%。氨基酸、茶多酚、咖啡碱、水浸出物平均含量分别比CK高1.1、3.95、0.15和3.95个百分点;酚氨比6.34,适制绿茶。五峰310品种制绿茶外形深绿显毫;氨基酸含量高出CK3.65个百分点,属特异性品种。
Wufeng selected 107,108,210,211,212,310 other six tea varieties, from 2001-2006 in Hubei Province Camellia Institute, Xianning City, Agricultural Science conducted a regional test. The main traits such as transplanting survival rate, growth period, yield, quality and stress resistance of all varieties were fully appraised. After six years of regional trials, the results showed that the phenophase of Wufeng 212 was 2 days earlier than that of Fuding Da Bai Cha (CK), and the green tea had a long lasting phenotype, yielding 27.83% more yield than CK. The average contents of amino acids, tea polyphenols, caffeine and water extracts were 1.1, 3.95, 0.15 and 3.95% respectively higher than those of CK. The ratio of phenolic ammonia to ammonia was 6.34, which was suitable for green tea. Wufeng 310 varieties of green tea shape of green tea appearance; amino acid content higher than CK3.65 percentage points, is a specific species.
