振动时效是用机械方法使被处理的铸件产生共振频率,由振动应力来减少铸件的铸态应力或改变铸态应力的状态,以实现铸件几何尺寸稳定化。振动时效与热时效相比较,有下列的优点: 1.热时效需要大型退火炉,设备复杂,占生产面积大。振动时效所需设备简单,易于操作,占地面积小,可在任何地方处理,工件尺寸不受限制。 2.热时效要消耗大量燃料。振动时效所需的能量甚小,据称一马力的机械振动器能处理50吨以上的铸件。
Vibration aging is to mechanically treat the castings to produce a resonant frequency. Vibratory stress is used to reduce the as-cast stress or change the as-cast stress state of the castings to stabilize the casting geometry. Vibration aging and thermal aging compared to the following advantages: 1. Thermal aging requires large annealing furnace, complex equipment, accounting for the production area. Vibration aging required equipment is simple, easy to operate, small footprint, can handle anywhere, the workpiece size is not limited. 2. Thermal aging consumes a lot of fuel. Vibration Aging requires very little energy and a one-horsepower mechanical vibrator can handle castings over 50 tons.
