在工、商、农、贸等单位工作的秘书,都要和销售打交道。展销是销售活动的一种形式。在目前治理整顿经济秩序,压缩消费基金、商品库存大量积压的形势下,举办展销活动成为企业收回资金、消除积压产品的重要措施。这里谈谈举办展销活动的一般程序和事项。一、确定目标展销是一个较大规模的经营性活动,组织活动复杂,倘若没有明确的目标,整个活动都会失控,陷入混杂忙乱之中。确定目标应明确以下几个问题:
