目前,我国水产养殖细菌性病害达50.00%以上,化学药物仍是防治鱼类细菌性疾病的主要措施,药物滥用现象普遍。鱼类病原菌至少耐受一种抗菌药物,多重耐药现象日益严重。为加强鱼类病原菌耐药性调查研究及抗菌药物药物学、药效学和在鱼类的代谢动力学研究,主要对鱼类病原菌的耐药性现状、检测方法和消除方法进行了概述,对耐药性的机制、来源和扩散进行了归纳,以期进而规范养殖用药,保障水产品质量,减少环境污染。
At present, the bacterial diseases of aquaculture in our country reach more than 50.00%. The chemical drugs are still the main measures to prevent and control the bacterial diseases of fish. The phenomenon of drug abuse is widespread. Fish pathogens tolerate at least one antimicrobial drug and the multi-drug resistance is worsening. In order to enhance the investigation on the drug resistance of fish pathogens and the pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and metabolic dynamics of fish in fish, the current status, detection methods and elimination methods of the drug resistance of fish pathogens are summarized. The mechanisms, sources and dispersal of drug resistance were summarized, with a view to further standardize the cultivation of drugs, to ensure the quality of aquatic products, reduce environmental pollution.
