本文选取云南师范大学、云南民族大学、玉溪师范学院、大理学院、昭通学院、文山学院6所高校,对其少数民族传统体育项目课程设置、师资情况、开展方式,以及学生参与人数、喜好状况、学习效果等方面进行分析研究。结果显示,少数民族传统体育在现代化进程中,受到竞技体育、社会体育的强势冲击,有的少数民族传统体育在逐渐蜕变、衰落甚至消失。因此,了解在竞技体育、社会体育盛行的今天,如何通过高校体育课堂平台,发现制约其少数民族传统体育的因素,从而寻找保护和传承其少数民族传统体育的对策。
This paper selects six colleges and universities in Yunnan Normal University, Yunnan University for Nationalities, Yuxi Teachers College, Dali University, Zhaotong College and Wenshan College. The author discusses the curriculum setup, teachers’ condition and development mode of traditional sports of ethnic minorities, as well as the number and preferences of students, , Learning effects and other aspects of analysis and research. The results show that in the process of modernization, traditional sports of ethnic minorities have been strongly challenged by competitive sports and social sports, and some traditional sports of ethnic minorities have gradually transformed, declined or even disappeared. Therefore, it is necessary to know how to find out the factors restricting the traditional sports of ethnic minorities through the platform of physical education in colleges and universities in order to find out how to protect and inherit the traditional sports of ethnic minorities.
