疲劳损坏是导致矿用钻杆接头失效的主要原因之一。以准50的六方形钻杆接头为研究对象,采用Solidworks建立接头主要零部件的三维模型,导入ANSYS对其进行有限元分析。利用42CrMo材料的S-N曲线,得到钻杆接头的疲劳寿命、应力集中分布情况,为合理地使用矿用钻杆和进一步的优化设计、改进结构提供了理论依据。
Fatigue damage is one of the main causes of failure of mining pipe joints. With the quasi-50 hexagonal drill pipe joint as the research object, Solidworks was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the main parts of the joint, and then the finite element analysis was conducted by ANSYS. Using the S-N curve of 42CrMo material, the fatigue life and stress concentration distribution of the drill pipe joint are obtained, which provides the theoretical basis for the reasonable use of the mining drill pipe and further optimization design and structure improvement.
