根据往年新疆独山子地区大气温度变化情况和集中供热系统运行情况,对集中供热系统末期(低负荷)进行运行调整。在热源上控制锅炉启停时间及一次网供回水温度,在热网上满足各换热站所辖区域居民室内温度。在保证安全平稳运行的情况下,做到热源、热网节煤、节水、节电的技术和管理措施。通过此调整切实做到了节能降耗运行,为企业带来了经济效益。
