目前我厂设计的高压锅炉中采用的等径三通有锻造加焊接短管及铸造二种。但锻造三通的加工工作量很大,材料利用率又很低;而铸造三通金属耗量大,质量不稳定,成品率低。为此,我厂工人师傅及技术人员在厂领导的支持和关怀下进行了热拔三通的试制。所谓热拔三通就是选用一段适当直径的无缝钢管,在水压机上用专用模具热拔制成。热拔三通的材料利用率达90%,零件重量为锻造的一半,加工工时仅有锻造三通的
