采用 Gleeble 15000试验机研究了不同冷却速度下球墨铸铁的基体组织。研究结果表明,对于成分 (% )为 3. 62C, 3. 03Si,2.51Mn,0.02S,0.03P的球墨铸铁,冷却速度小于 0.025℃ /s,其基体组织为铁素体和珠光体;当冷却速度为 0.2~ 0.5℃ /s时,基体组织主要为珠光体;当冷却速度为 1~ 6℃ /s时,基体组织为贝氏体和马氏体;当冷却速度提高到 15℃ /s时,基体组织全部为马氏体组织。
The matrix structure of ductile iron with different cooling rates was studied by Gleeble 15000 tester. The results show that for the ductile iron with composition (%) of 3.62C, 3. 03Si, 2.51Mn, 0.02S, 0.03P, the cooling rate is less than 0.025 ℃ / s, and the matrix microstructure is ferrite and pearlite. When the cooling rate is 0.2 ~ 0.5 ℃ / s, the matrix microstructure is mainly pearlite; when the cooling rate is 1 ~ 6 ℃ / s, the microstructure is bainite and martensite; when the cooling rate is increased to 15 ℃ / s When, the matrix organization is all martensite.
