本文通过对传统薪酬结构的分析,简要介绍目前较为实用流行的几种新型薪酬模式,通过对比分析,提出了几种新型薪酬模式的优缺点,以求对传统薪酬分配模式提供可用的参考借鉴。
Based on the analysis of traditional salary structure, this paper briefly introduces several new pay models that are popular nowadays, and presents the advantages and disadvantages of several new pay models in order to provide a reference for the traditional pay distribution model.
