现代公司的治理变革是规范公司相关各方责,权,利关系的制度安排,是现代企业中重要的管理制度。完善的治理变革体系可以激励董事会和各部门经理去实现那些符合股东,经营者和其他利益相关者利益的奋斗目标,同时也能进行有效的监督,激励企业更加有效地利用资本。国企制度创新,提高了国有企业的市场应变能力与市场竞争力。由此可看出,只有进行治理变革与制度创新,国有企业及其他公司才能做大做强,在国民经济中占据有利地位。
