对广东省跳水队参加九运会决赛的 1 5名患腰腿痛队员的发病情况、疼痛的临床表现和相应的影像学检查进行综合分析 ,找出原因 ,提出建议。结果显示 :2 0名队员中 1 5名患有腰腿痛症状 ,占 75 % ;1 5名队员中 ,仅 2人的影像学检查能明确诊断腰椎间盘突出、压迫脊膜囊和神经根 ,其余 1 3人影像学上未见明显腰椎间盘突出征象 ,主要表现为腰椎严重的退行性改变和多个间隙椎间盘明显变性。该批队员腰腿痛主要的原因是腰椎长期过度负荷导致腰椎间盘严重变性 ,纤维环出现小的破裂口 ,溢出的髓核液中所含的化学物质刺激神经根 ,产生化学性神经根炎而引起腰腿痛症状 ;应高度重视采用科学合理的训练方法 ,预防或减少过早出现腰椎退行性改变 ,推荐使用综合性保守治疗方法 A total of 15 cases of lumbago who participated in the 9th National Games finals of Guangdong Provincial Diving Team were analyzed, and their clinical manifestations and corresponding imaging examination were analyzed comprehensively to find out the reasons and make suggestions.
