生姜以其地下根状茎供食用,可生食、炒食,或加工成多种食品,有菜中之祖的称号。含多种营养成分,除含有碳水化合物、蛋白质、多种维生素及矿物质外,还含有姜辣素等。生姜是集调味品,加工食品原料,药用为一体的多用途蔬菜,经济效益较高。本文介绍生姜植物学特征、生长习性、生长规律及发育周期,着重对生姜生长发育过程中的农业气象条件关系的探讨,从而寻找相应管理办法和对策。
Ginger with its underground rhizome for food, raw, fried, or processed into a variety of foods, the dishes of the ancestral title. Contains a variety of nutrients, in addition to containing carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals, but also contains such as gingerol. Ginger is a condiment, processed food raw materials, medicinal multi-purpose vegetable as one, high economic efficiency. This paper introduces the botanical characteristics, growth habits, growth rules and developmental cycles of ginger, and focuses on the discussion of the agro-meteorological conditions during the growth and development of ginger, in order to find out the corresponding management methods and countermeasures.
