目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者肝功能指标对剪切波弹性值的影响。方法选取91例重度NAFLD患者,按肝功能指标是否异常分为肝功能正常组(36例)与肝功能异常组(55例)。所有受检者均行肝脏超声检查、实验室检查及剪切波弹性成像测量肝杨氏模量值。结果肝功能正常组的肝杨氏模量值为(4.63±0.83)kPa,肝功能异常组的肝杨氏模量值为(5.65±1.81)kPa,两组间差异有统计学意义(t=-3.663,P<0.01)。肝杨氏模量值与ALT、AST呈正相关(P<0.05),与GGT、ALP、TBIL没有明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论剪切波弹性成像测量肝杨氏模量值在一定程度上受肝功能指标情况的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of liver function index on shear wave elasticity in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods Ninety - one patients with severe NAFLD were enrolled and divided into three groups according to whether the liver function indexes were abnormal: normal liver function group (36 cases) and abnormal liver function group (55 cases). All subjects underwent liver ultrasonography, laboratory tests and shear wave elastography to measure the Young’s modulus. Results The Young’s modulus of normal liver function group was (4.63 ± 0.83) kPa, and the Young’s liver function modulus of liver dysfunction group was (5.65 ± 1.81) kPa. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = -3.663, P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between Young’s modulus and ALT, AST (P <0.05), and GGT, ALP, TBIL (P> 0.05). Conclusion Shear wave elastography to measure the value of Young’s modulus is to some extent affected by the condition of liver function.
