目的 :探究放射影像技术在诊断小儿气管、支气管异物中的应用价值。方法 :选取我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的150例小儿气管、支气管异物患儿进行研究,将其随机分成两组,每组75例患儿,一组为实验组,采用螺旋CT扫描技术进行诊断,另一组为对照组,采用传统的X线检查技术进行诊断,对两组患儿气管、支气管内异物检出率进行研究。结果 :实验组异物检出率的100%高于对照组异物检出率的70.67%,两组数据差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :在对小儿气管、支气管异物进行诊断时,螺旋CT扫描技术的效果更佳,具有较强的临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the value of radiographic techniques in the diagnosis of pediatric tracheal and bronchial foreign bodies. Methods: A total of 150 children with tracheobronchial and bronchial foreign bodies admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 75 children, one group was experimental group, CT scan technique to diagnose the other group as the control group, the use of traditional X-ray examination to diagnose the two groups of children with tracheal and bronchial foreign body detection rate were studied. Results: The detection rate of foreign body in the experimental group was 100.6% higher than that of the control group (70.67%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Spiral CT scanning is more effective in diagnosing pediatric tracheal and bronchial foreign bodies, and has a strong clinical value.
