从1994年中办、国办联合颁发《关于党政机关汽车配备和使用管理的规定》至今,公车改革探索已走过近20个年头,虽取得了初步成效,但任重道远。近期,记者在采访中发现,受货币化补贴标准不合理、缺少顶层设计等诸多因素影响,部分先行试点地区进展缓慢,车改甚至出现“回潮”。
Since 1994, the Office of the State Council and the State Council jointly issued the “Provisions on the Administration of the Equipping and Use of Automobiles by the Party and Government Organizations”. Since the exploration of the reform of public transport vehicles has been going through nearly 20 years, preliminary results have been achieved with a long way to go. Recently, the reporter found in the interview that due to the unreasonable standard of subsidy for monetization and the lack of top-level design, the progress of some pilot areas was slow and the car reform even appeared “resurgence”.
