目的:观察CO2激光联合不同方法使用干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣疗效。方法:140患者随机分为四组,给予不同治疗,比较四组的复发率。结果:A,B,C和D组的复发率分别是:37.1%,18.92%,9.4%和16.67%。两两比较有显著性差异。(P<0.05)结论:CO2激光联合重组人a-2b干扰素皮损内封闭能显著降低尖锐湿疣的复发。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of CO2 laser combined with different methods of treating condyloma acuminatum with interferon. Methods: 140 patients were randomly divided into four groups, given different treatment, the recurrence rate of the four groups were compared. Results: The recurrence rates in groups A, B, C and D were 37.1%, 18.92%, 9.4% and 16.67%, respectively. There was a significant difference between each other. (P0.05) .Conclusion: CO2 laser combined with recombinant human interferon alfa-2b can significantly reduce the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
