目的　探讨指压扩张阴道法缩短第二产程及在降低会阴侧切率中的价值。方法　在观察组中运用指压法扩张阴道 ,即在宫口开全常规铺巾 ,术者双手食、中指分开插入阴道在宫缩时向下向外按压以助阴道扩张 ,而加速胎儿娩出 ,对照组在顺其自然常规保护会阴的条件下分娩 ,在整个第二产程中 ,观察两组产程时间、会阴侧切率、产后出血、新生儿窒息等情况。结果　观察组与对照组比较 ,第二产程时间明显缩短 ,会阴侧切率降低 ,产后出血及新生儿窒息均明显降低。结论　指压扩张阴道值得临床推广应用 Objective To investigate the shortening of the second stage of labor by means of vaginal dilation and the value of reducing the rate of episiotomy in the perineum. Methods In the observation group, the acupressure method was used to expand the vagina, that is, to open all the routine drapes in the cervix. Results Compared with the control group, the duration of the second stage of labor was significantly shortened, the episiotomy rate of the episiotomy was decreased, and postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia were significantly decreased.
