CFT施工工艺是在箱型柱内灌入高性能、高强度混凝土,利用混凝土高抗压特性,使良好延展性的钢骨结构得以提高劲度,整体结构受地震时位移量可降低,不易摇晃受损及增加居住的舒适性。本文主要探讨自密实混凝土在添加高炉石粉后,在不影响其高流动化特性、致密性及耐久性时,应用于高层及超高层建筑柱内灌浆的要点。通过实验添加粉煤灰、高炉石粉取代部分水泥(0、25%、45%)及G型减水缓凝剂依重量取代法,拌和制作成自密实混凝土并探讨混凝土拌合物的坍落度及抗压强度,为以后的柱内灌浆工程提供有力的理论基础。 CFT construction technology is to pour high-performance, high-strength concrete into the box column.
