目的探讨小剂量红霉素治疗新生儿喂养不耐受临床效果。方法选择我院2008年1月至2011年1月新生儿喂养不耐受60例,将上述患儿随机分为两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患儿给予保温、体位疗法:患儿放置于倾斜30度的木板上,取仰卧位,固定患儿,行部分静脉营养治疗。喂养根据日常日龄奶量采用鼻饲管注入母乳或者奶粉,喂奶前把胃内残留的奶量回抽,测定胃潴留具体情况。对照组采用以上治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予红霉素3~5mg/kg加入葡萄糖注射液20ml中擦一微量泵持续输注,每小时5~8m,1次/d,连续治疗7d。观察两组患儿治疗期间临床症状和体征的改变情况。结果观察组进食奶量、体重增加与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组呕吐症状消失所占比例限制高于对照组,喂奶前胃潴留消失所占比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量红霉素能够显著改善新生儿喂养不耐受临床症状和体征,治疗效果显著,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low dose erythromycin in treating neonatal feeding intolerance. Methods Sixty children with intolerance in neonates were selected from January 2008 to January 2011 in our hospital. The above children were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group. The changes of clinical symptoms and signs during treatment in both groups were observed. Results There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05). The proportion of vomiting disappeared in the control group was higher than that of the control group, and the proportion of disappearance of gastric retention before feeding was significantly higher than that of the control group Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Low-dose erythromycin can significantly improve neonatal feeding intolerance clinical symptoms and signs, the treatment effect is significant, it is worth learning from.
