目的:分析测定薯莨Dioscorea Cirrhosa Lour.块茎中的脂肪酸和挥发油的含量及种类。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行测定。结果:从脂肪酸组份中分离出50个峰,鉴定出12种脂肪酸,其中主要成分有9,12-十八碳二烯酸(亚油酸,21.59%)、十六酸(棕榈酸,16.22%)等;挥发油组分中分离出32个峰,鉴定出32种化合物,其中间甲基苯酚、苯酚、2-甲基苯酚含量较高,分别占挥发油总量的26.92%,18.95%,12.12%。结论:对薯莨块茎中脂肪酸、挥发性组分进行了分析测定,为进一步综合开发利用薯莨提供了一定的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the contents and types of fatty acids and volatile oils in tubers of Dioscorea Cirrhosa Lour. Methods: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used for the determination. Results: Fifty peaks were isolated from the fatty acid fraction and 12 fatty acids were identified. The major constituents were 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (linoleic acid, 21.59%), palmitic acid (16.22 %), Etc .; 32 peaks were isolated from the volatile oil components, 32 compounds were identified, among them, the contents of m-methylphenol, phenol and 2-methylphenol were high, accounting for 26.92%, 18.95% and 12.12 %. Conclusion: The fatty acids and volatile components in the potato tuber are analyzed and determined, which provides some theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Dioscorea nipponica.
