进行6根配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁和2根未配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁受弯性能试验,研究其裂缝和变形特点,同时对配置和未配置表层钢筋构件的裂缝宽度和挠度进行对比分析。试验结果表明,在构件的混凝土保护层中配置表层钢筋能有效地控制其裂缝宽度,增加其短期刚度。分析表层钢筋对钢筋混凝土梁裂缝间距和裂缝宽度的影响规律,提出相应计算公式,并参考欧洲规范有关规定对配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁提出设计建议。根据试验结果,提出正常使用状态下考虑表层钢筋的短期刚度计算公式。根据文中公式计算的结果与试验结果符合较好。
Six concrete beams with surface reinforcement and two concrete beams without surface reinforcement were tested to study the characteristics of cracks and deformation. Meanwhile, the crack width and deflection of the reinforced concrete members with or without surface reinforcement were compared and analyzed. The test results show that the surface reinforcement can effectively control the crack width and increase the short-term stiffness of the concrete protective layer. The influence rules of the surface reinforcement on the crack spacing and the crack width of the reinforced concrete beam are analyzed. Corresponding calculation formulas are put forward and the design suggestions are given to the concrete beams with surface reinforcement according to the relevant provisions of the European Code. According to the test results, the formula for calculating the short-term stiffness of steel under normal conditions is proposed. According to the formula in the paper, the calculation result is in good agreement with the test result.
