我们用CO_2激光和He-Ne激光束照射青霉素产生菌—产黄青霉试图通过激光处理后得到高产菌株。 一、试验菌株: 菌株选用本厂的青霉素产生菌——产黄青霉。 二、激光器: 选用15瓦CO_2激光器。波长10.6μm。辐照点上激光束直径为4mm,其视在温度为 110℃。照射时间选用20秒、30秒、40秒、50秒。每个剂量时间选用10个培养皿、各分成两组。He-Ne激光器30毫瓦功率,波长6328A。
We used a CO 2 laser and a He-Ne laser beam to irradiate the penicillin-producing strain, Penicillium chrysogenum, trying to obtain a high-yield strain by laser treatment. First, the test strain: The strain selected the plant’s penicillin producer - Penicillium chrysogenum. Second, the laser: Use 15 watts CO2 laser. Wavelength 10.6 μm. The diameter of the laser beam at the irradiation spot is 4mm, and its apparent temperature is 110°C. Irradiation time is 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds, 50 seconds. Ten Petri dishes were used for each dose time, divided into two groups. The He-Ne laser has a power of 30 milliwatts and a wavelength of 6328A.
