目的了解福州某区暗娼人群艾滋病(AIDS)相关知信行情况,为在该人群中开展AIDS综合干预工作提供参考。方法制定统一的调查问卷,由经过统一培训的专业人员到现场面对面访谈收集信息。结果共调查138人,AIDS基本知识知晓率69.6%;50.0%的人认为自己没有感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)的风险,42.1%的人认为自己没有检测HIV的必要;发生商业性性行为时,最近1次安全套使用率为81.2%,最近1个月安全套使用频率为70.3%;最近1年HIV检测率为24.3%。结论该人群AIDS基本知识知晓率不高,健康意识较为薄弱,检测率较低,应进一步加强以科学知识、安全套推广、HIV检测为核心内容的AIDS综合干预措施。 Objective To understand the status of AIDS related to sex workers in a district of Fuzhou and to provide reference for carrying out AIDS comprehensive intervention in this population. Methods Establish a unified questionnaire, by the unified training of professionals to interview the scene to collect information. Results A total of 138 people were surveyed, the awareness rate of basic knowledge of AIDS was 69.6%; 50.0% of them thought they had no risk of HIV infection, 42.1% thought they did not need to detect HIV; when commercial sexual behavior occurred recently, The first condom use rate was 81.2%, the condom use frequency was 70.3% in the last one month, and the HIV test rate was 24.3% in the recent one year. Conclusion The population of AIDS awareness of basic knowledge is not high, the health awareness is weak, the detection rate is low, should be further strengthened with scientific knowledge, condoms promotion, HIV testing as the core content of AIDS comprehensive interventions.
