以0.0001 m ol/L盐酸为溶剂,303 nm 为激发波长,443 nm 为发射波长,用荧光分光光度法直接测定盐酸异丙嗪片剂及注射液中盐酸异丙嗪的含量。盐酸异丙嗪在0.1~10.0 μg /m L浓度范围呈良好线性。片剂及注射液的测定平均变异系数分别为0.31%和0.45% ,回收率分别为99.9% 和99.6% 。
With 0.0001 mol / L HCl as the solvent, 303 nm as the excitation wavelength and 443 nm as the emission wavelength, the content of promethazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride in the injection was determined directly by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Promethazine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the concentration range of 0.1-10.0 μg / mL. The average coefficient of variation for the determination of tablets and injections was 0.31% and 0.45%, respectively, and the recoveries were 99.9% and 99.6%, respectively.
