目的调查门诊患儿父母对儿童保健知识与护理服务需求情况。方法选取本院2014年4—9月儿科门诊就诊496名患儿的父母,均为双亲家庭。根据自制的儿童保健知识与护理服务需求调查表,对其实施问卷调查。计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果父亲和母亲在母乳喂养的优势、辅助食物的种类、小儿腹泻处理方法、小儿发热处理方法、添加维生素D的时间、预防佝偻病的方法、预防尿布疹的方法、小儿沐浴方法的知晓率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。其中父亲对半年内婴儿最好的喂养方式的知晓率最高,为95.97%;对预防佝偻病的知晓率最低,为53.23%。母亲对半年内婴儿最好的喂养方式的知晓率最高,为96.37%;对儿童营养性贫血多发年龄的知晓率最低,为68.55%。患儿父母对儿童保健护理服务需求因素非常需要所占比例较高的为营养知识,占98.99%;非常需要所占比例较低的为心理辅导,占45.97%。结论门诊患儿家属对儿童保健知识未充分掌握,需要强化父母对儿童保健知识教育,强化保健护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the demand of children’s health care knowledge and nursing services in outpatient children. Methods Parents of 496 pediatric pediatric outpatients from April to September 2014 in our hospital were selected as their parents. According to the self-made questionnaire of knowledge and nursing service needs of children’s health, we conducted a questionnaire survey. Counting data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Comparison of the advantages of breast-feeding, the types of supplementary food, the treatment of children with diarrhea, the treatment of fever in children, the time of adding vitamin D, the method of preventing rickets, the method of preventing diaper rash, the awareness of pediatric bathing methods, The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Among them, the highest awareness rate of fathers was 95.97% for their best feeding pattern in half a year, and the lowest awareness of rickets prevention was 53.23%. The mothers had the highest awareness of the best way of feeding babies in six months, 96.37%, and the lowest awareness of children with multiple age of nutritional anemia was 68.55%. Children with Parents need a high proportion of children’s health care services needs a high proportion of nutrition knowledge, accounting for 98.99%; very low proportion of psychological counseling, accounting for 45.97%. Conclusion Family members of outpatient children do not fully understand the child health care knowledge, which requires strengthening their parents’ knowledge of child health care and strengthening the quality of health care services.
