企业家社会资本与人力资本对于企业家的社会地位和企业持续成长的重要作用已得到理论界的普遍认同,但有关企业家社会资本与人力资本互动关系的研究还较少。本文在对企业家社会资本与企业家人力资本进行概念界定的基础上,分别论述了两者对企业经营绩效的影响,以及两者是如何相互作用的,进而提出了企业家社会资本与人力资本的互动关系模型,为后续实证研究奠定基础。
The important role of entrepreneurial social capital and human capital for the social status of entrepreneurs and the sustained growth of enterprises has been generally accepted by theoritical circles. However, there are few researches on the interactive relationship between entrepreneurial social capital and human capital. On the basis of conceptual definition of entrepreneur’s social capital and entrepreneur’s human capital, this paper discusses respectively the influence of the two on the performance of the enterprise and how the two interact with each other, and then proposes the relationship between entrepreneur’s social capital and human capital The interactive model for the follow-up empirical research to lay the foundation.
