目的:探讨细致护理在小儿外周静脉留置针护理中的应用。方法:选取300例儿科使用外周静脉留置针患者,其中采取细致护理服务的150例患儿为观察组,另外150例在采取细致护理服务之前的患儿为对照组,治疗结束后由患儿及家长填写满意度调查表,比较两组患儿及其家长对外周静脉留置针护理的满意程度。结果:观察组的满意率为97.3%,对照组对输液的满意率为88.0%,观察组患儿及家长满意率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:细致护理是提高医护质量、提高患者满意度、避免护患纠纷的有效手段。儿科护士只有不断提高服务意识,对服务质量和护理技术精益求精,才能更好地完成儿科输液的护理工作,赢得患儿及家长的肯定和信赖。 Objective: To investigate the application of meticulous care in the treatment of pediatric peripheral venous catheterization. Methods: One hundred and fifty cases of pediatric patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle were selected. One hundred and fifty children taking meticulous nursing service were selected as the observation group and the other 150 children before the meticulous nursing service as the control group. After treatment, Parents fill satisfaction survey, comparing the two groups of children and their parents on the peripheral venous catheterization satisfaction. Results: The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.3%. The satisfaction rate of the infusion group in the control group was 88.0%. The satisfaction rate of the children and parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Careful nursing is an effective means to improve the quality of health care, improve patient satisfaction and avoid nurse-patient disputes. Pediatric nurses only continue to improve service awareness, quality of service and nursing technology excellence, to better complete pediatric infusion of nursing work, to win the recognition and trust of children and parents.
