苯酐冷凝器管子与管板焊接残余应力数值模拟及试验研究

为了研究苯酐冷凝器管子与管板焊接残余应力的大小和分布规律,采用有限元法对一台苯酐冷凝器的管子与管板焊接残余应力进行分析,同时利用X射线衍射方法对冷凝器管子与管板焊接残余应力进行测定。由有限元数值模拟结果可以得出,管子与管板的焊接残余应力围绕管子呈同心环形对称分布,在焊缝处出现最大焊接残余应力,并且管板焊接热影响区焊接残余应力显示环向承受拉应力,而径向承受压应力。试验结果与有限元数值模拟结果相吻合,表明了有限元数值模拟方法的正确性。 In order to study the size and distribution of welding residual stress in the tube of the phthalic anhydride condenser and the tube plate, finite element method was used to analyze the welding residual stress of the tube and the tube plate of a phthalic anhydride condenser. At the same time, by using the X-ray diffraction method, Tube plate welding residual stress was measured. From the results of numerical simulation of the finite element, it can be concluded that the welding residual stress of the pipe and the tube plate is distributed concentrically and circularly symmetrically around the pipe, and the maximum welding residual stress appears in the weld and the welding residual stress of the HAZ of the tube plate shows the toroidal bearing Tensile stress, while the radial compression stress. The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical results of finite element method, which shows the correctness of the FEM numerical simulation method.
