高职院校学生顶岗实习是实践性教学体系的重要组成部分,是实现校企合作、工学结合,突出学生就业能力培养的有效形式和重要途径。顶岗实习作为一种“预就业”性质的实习,在实施过程中客观存在着企业积极性不高、实习岗位难找,实习过程难以管控、安全风险大,实习岗位繁杂、考核标准难以统一和量化等诸多现实困难。如何构建有效的工作机制,强化顶岗实习功能,提高顶岗实习质量,是高职院校亟待研究和解决的一个重大课题。
The internship of students in vocational colleges is an important part of the practical teaching system. It is an effective form and an important way to realize the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, the combination of work and study, and highlighting the employability of students. As an internship of “pre-employment ”, there are some problems in the practical process such as the low enthusiasm of the enterprises, the difficulty of internship, the difficulty of control and internship, the high security risk, the complicated internship positions, the unification of assessment standards, Quantization and many other real difficulties. How to build an effective working mechanism, strengthen the internship function and improve the quality of internship is an important issue to be studied and solved urgently in higher vocational colleges.
