运用漂浮导管热稀释法监测汉防己素(简称汉甲)对10名健康受试者及12例高血压病患者的急性血液动力学作用。结果:对正常人,汉甲减慢心率(HR),升高平均肺动脉压(MPAP)和肺毛细血管嵌顿压(PCWP),而平均动脉压(MAP)、心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)用药前后差异无显著性。对高血压病患者,汉甲明显降低MAP、MPAP、PCWP,明显升高CO、CI,对HR无影响。提示汉甲具有潜在负性变力性与负性变时性效应,对正常血压无影响;但对高血压病患者,汉甲在安全有效降压的同时,能促进左室功能的改善。
The use of floating catheter thermodilution method for monitoring tetrandrine (Han) for 10 healthy subjects and 12 cases of hypertensive patients with acute hemodynamic effects.
