以“香玲”、“西林3号”、“西洛2号”、“强特勒”和“哈特勒”5个核桃品种的花粉为试材,用TTC染色法和离体培养法测定了不同贮藏温度及时间下花粉的生活力。结果表明:5个核桃品种花粉在室温(20℃)下贮藏生活力最低,在3℃和-20℃下贮藏生活力较高;随贮藏时间延长花粉生活力显著下降。用TTC染色法测得的花粉生活力显著高于离体培养法,2种测定方法之间具有极显著的相关性。“香玲”、“西林3号”、“西洛2号”和“强特勒”花粉适于在3℃下贮藏,“哈特勒”花粉适于在-20℃下贮藏,贮藏时间为6~9d。
