建立了辣椒酱中苏丹红Ⅰ的测定方法。样品采用梯度洗脱高效液相色谱法,以10%乙酸溶液和乙腈为流动相,以紫外-可见检测器在478nm波长检测。结果表明,在0.2236~2.236mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率在96.8%~105.6%,变异系数(CV,%)小于1%,检出限为0.035mg/kg。本法适用于辣椒酱中苏丹红Ⅰ的含量测定,快速、准确。
The determination method of Sudan Ⅰ in chili sauce was established. The samples were eluted by gradient elution HPLC using 10% acetic acid and acetonitrile as the mobile phase and UV-Vis detector at 478 nm. The results showed that the linearity was good in the range of 0.2236 ~ 2.236mg / L, the recoveries ranged from 96.8% to 105.6%, and the coefficients of variation (CV,%) were less than 1% with the detection limit of 0.035mg / kg. This method is suitable for the determination of sudan I in chili sauce, fast and accurate.
