档案守法作为“依法治档”的终极目标,在法治社会建设中体现出自身的重要性。当前档案守法面临着较多的困境,包括相关法律偏少、《档案法》定位和功能不清晰并缺少可操作性等。为了突破档案守法的困境,需要加快立法进程,强化法律及执行部门的定位,并要做好具体执法工作,为我国档案工作的开展保驾护航。 The abiding by the code as the ultimate goal of “administering files according to law” reflects its own importance in the construction of a society ruled by law. At present, the law-abiding archives face more difficulties, including fewer relevant laws, unclear positioning and functions of the Archives Law and lack of operability. In order to break through the dilemma of archives law-abiding, we need to speed up the legislative process and strengthen the legal and executive departments’ position. We should also do a good job in law enforcement so as to protect our archives work.
